Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou was delighted to hold the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation‘s Annual General Meeting on Thursday 16 June 2022 (12 noon Greek time) at the Poseidonion Hotel on the Greek island of Spetses.
The hybrid meeting was held on zoom with sixteen of its seventeen Foundation members (seven Trustees and ten Associate Members) attending in person from Monaco, Cyprus, Athens and the UK. The tenth Associate Member, the Foundation Accountant and a legal representative from Farrer & Co joined the meeting via zoom.
The meeting welcomed the appointment of a new Trustee and new Associate Members. The audited accounts of the UK Foundation FY 30 Sept 2021 as filed on UK Companies house were reviewed and approved, please click here. The audited accounts of the Monaco Foundation FY 30 September 2021 were also reviewed and approved and the Trustees were approved to appoint the auditors for FY Sept 2022.
